The brand new general settings menu, which ties SteadyPoint Assets Management (click here to learn more) with SteadyPoint HelpDesk, allowing you to change the auto-close period for verified tickets and select whether you want to use manual or automatic routing.
Manual Routing
For the smaller teams among you. No need to rely on the routing algorithm any longer: By selecting manual routing from the brand new general settings menu you can assign ticket-handlers directly while creating a new ticket
